Who is collecting the data?
Passerelle collects the data. Passerelle is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in compliance with EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, coming into effect on Friday, May 25 2018.

Why do we collect personal data about you?
As part of its continuing activities, including for events, newsletters, forums and business development, Passerelle collects and processes personal information about members and staff of organisations it connects with.

Such information may include:
• Your name, address, telephone number, organisation and email address.
• If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Passerelle processes this information in light of its legitimate interests, namely to maintain and administer our relationship with your organisation, to manage ongoing joint activities and to consider future collaboration.
Passerelle will endeavour to protect any personal information you may provide on the public areas of this website to ensure it remains confidential, and is used only for the purpose described on our site.

Passerelle and those of the forums we manage – including ERFF and EJSF – do not use cookies and do not track visitors in between visits.

WordPress
Wordpress is the Content Management System used to construct Passerelle websites, with the addition of only essential addons. WordPress privacy policy.

The Passerelle websites use Google Forms to deliver conference and seminar signups and MailChimp for newsletter subscriptions.

Google Forms
Data submitted to Google Drive or Google Docs are stored on servers in secure data centres. Data stored with Google is encrypted during transfer from your computer — and while it sits on Google Drive servers.
Passerelle does not separately store data collected through Google Forms sign-up, except for temporary use in connection with the event concerned and in line with the general Passerelle privacy policy. Google privacy policy.

Mailchimp

Where do we store your personal data?
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers.

Any information that you supply to Passerelle or data that we collect will be processed by or on behalf of Passerelle. You agree that we may, and we confirm that we will only use, the information you provide to us or the data that we collect for the following reasons:
